I sent Jim a request to look at our mortgage rate as the news of the fed making changes was emerging. He advised me to wait and when the rates were favorable we would act. Turns out the rates changed within a month and within a month of that we refinanced to save over 1/2 a point on our new loan- close to $800. It was an easy process with nothing out of pocket and a modest bump in the principle which I got back by skipping a month of payments. Great job, and clearly looked out for our interest by shopping for the best rate and program that worked for us. This is the 2nd time I have used Jim to lower my rate. Outstanding service!

Jim Apessos is the BEST! I worked with him twice to refinance my mortgage. He is honest, fast and courteous through the loan application process, and I cannot thank him enough for his amazing professionalism. When I worked with Jim for the first time in 2013, I was only a few months into a new job after being unemployed for over a year. Despite the challenging condition, he got me an incredible deal that resulted in lowering my monthly mortgage payment by $350. Fast forward 6 years, now that I have a steady job, I needed some cash for a major home improvement project.
